Groups
Welcome Groups!
Westben is located 3 kilometres outside of the rural town of Campbellford in Trent Hills, Northumberland County. Two hours east of Toronto, two and a half hours west of Ottawa and forty minutes from Peterborough, Cobourg and Belleville.
We’re excited to welcome you to unforgettable group concert experiences at The Barn, on Willow Hill, and around The Campfire. Our summer festival runs from June through August and features performances by local and renowned Canadian artists across genres including classical, Broadway, jazz, folk, fiddle, pop, rock, comedy, and more!
Our Venues
The Barn
The Barn is a custom-built, timber-frame barn and seats 400.
On sunny days from June to September massive walls and doors of The Barn roll away allowing music to waft over the surrounding meadow. In addition to open doors in The Barn we have added ceiling fans for better air circulation and comfort.
Willow Hill
The Willow Hill Amphitheatre is a natural amphitheater by the willow tree and pond, just north of The Barn. Bring your own lawn chair and picnic or order a Westben picnic to enjoy on this grassy, natural amphitheater.
The Campfire
The Campfire is an intimate experience for 50 with a Westben performing artist. There will be s’mores, beverages, and time to chat with the artist. Bring your own lawn chair and enjoy the sunset evening of music in the outdoors.
Westben Welcome
Westben is group friendly. A Westben team member will meet your bus upon arrival to welcome everyone and let them know about the performance and facilities.
The bus driver will be directed to the bus parking. The Westben greeter will also check in with your group tour leader at intermission to see if there are any requests to make the experience even more wonderful! At the end of the broadway/pop concerts, the performers will often hop on the bus and meet the passengers.
Photos with the performers and your group may also be available.
