Ticket Policies

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• Please dress for the weather! The sun is bright and beautiful on The Hill so we suggest bringing your own sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen. Evenings at The Campfire can be crisp. We suggest bringing a blanket and dressing for cooler weather when coming to a concert around The Campfire.

• BYOB is not permitted anywhere on the Westben grounds. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on the grounds. 

• Scent-Free Facilities – Enjoy the fresh air experience! In the interest of other patrons, please arrive perfume/cologne-free. 

PICNICS, SNACKS, BAR 

• Delicious Picnics made by Chef Dorset (Caper’s Tap House) are available by pre-order only from WESTBEN with a minimum of 48 hours before the performance.

• The Bar is open 60 minutes before any concert – choose from a collection of interesting wines and craft beers 

• The General Store is open 60 minutes before any concerts with snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and one-of-a-kind gifts 

• Cashless transactions are encouraged – pre-order or pay on-site with a card 

SEATING 

• All Westben venues will follow seating capacities according to up-to-date Ontario government Health regulations.  

• The Barn is covered, has ceiling fans, and 3 of the 4 walls will be open for excellent air circulation.   

• If you are attending on Willow Hill or by the Campfire, please bring your own lawn chair or blanket, and remember to dress for the weather. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S INCLEMENT WEATHER? 

• The Barn offers complete cover should we have rain.  Willow Hill and the Campfire are unsheltered, so we encourage you to dress for the outdoor experience. Only rarely do we expect to have to cancel due to extreme weather. If patrons choose not to come due to weather, but the performance has not been cancelled by Westben, standard exchange policies will apply.
